100% grass-fed pasture raised beef
Templeton Farm customers can expect all-natural, grass-fed, grass-finished beef. Our Angus and Hereford cattle feed on lush green pastures and are raised in a natural, low-stress environment.
Our herd is growth hormone and antibiotic free, resulting in a natural beef product that is exceptionally flavorful. Raising grass fed cattle this way may take longer to reach a marketable weight, than store bought feed lot beef. However, our family feels it is well worth the extra time. We care deeply for our animals, they enjoy rotational grazing, provided ample water and treated with dignity. Templeton Farm offers a variety of different grass-fed, grass-finished beef cuts that can be purchased at our farm store in East Montpelier, Vermont.

Templeton Farm offers a variety of different grass-fed, grass-finished beef cuts that can be purchased at our farm store in East Montpelier, Vermont.
A selection of variety boxes, halves, and holes are also available in our online store. However, we are not able to ship beef orders and online beef customers will be contacted to schedule pick-up. All Templeton Farm beef is processed by Northeast Kingdom Processing, a USDA certified and inspected, allergen-free, and Animal Welfare Approved facility in St Johnsbury, Vermont.
SIDES of beef
Each Fall, Templeton Farm offers whole or half sides of beef for sale. This is the most economic way to purchase beef for your family and get your freezers stocked for the year. Price includes all butchering, cutting, packaging, and transportation to our farm. You must be able to pick-up your order, available in October and November. Deposits can be made online, balance due at pick-up. 2024 sales are now closed.
