Our Mission

Templeton Farm in East Montpelier, VT is a small family maple and beef farm located 6 miles from Montpelier, the Vermont State capital. Since 1810, and for nine succeeding generations, our family has operated a variety of agricultural enterprises including maple, sheep, dairy and beef. We direct our efforts in the production of healthy, hormone-free, grass-fed and grass-finished natural beef and maple syrup. our mission is to continue our family’s legacy through maple sugaring, regenerative land practices, and rotational grazing our beef cattle.
